The record date for determining those shareholders entitled to vote at
the 2015 Annual Shareholder Meeting will be the close of business on
March 13, 2015. The Company previously set November 28, 2014, at the
close of business, as the deadline for shareholders to submit trustee
nominations or shareholder proposals for presentation before the 2015
Annual Shareholder Meeting. Any Company shareholder who wishes to submit
a trustee nomination or shareholder proposal for presentation at the
2016 Annual Shareholder Meeting must deliver the information required by
the Company’s bylaws in writing no later than December 1, 2015, to the
Company’s Corporate Secretary, Anita Cooke Wells, 3 Bethesda Metro
Center, Suite 1000, Bethesda, MD 20814.
