The record date for determining those shareholders entitled to vote at the 2012 Annual Shareholder Meeting will be the close of business on March 13, 2012. The Company also set March 20, 2012, at the close of business as the deadline for shareholders to submit trustee nominations or shareholder proposals for presentation before the 2012 Annual Shareholder Meeting. Any Company shareholder who wishes to submit a trustee nomination or shareholder proposal for presentation at the 2012 Annual Shareholder Meeting must deliver the information required by the Company's bylaws in writing no later than March 20, 2012, to the Company's Corporate Secretary, Anita Cooke Wells, 3 Bethesda Metro Center, Suite 1000, Bethesda, MD 20814.
