Tom Bardenett
Executive Vice President, Asset Management
Tom Bardenett joined RLJ in September 2017 as Executive Vice President of Asset Management and is responsible for managing the asset management function. Mr. Bardenett has over 30 years of experience in the hospitality industry and most recently served as the Chief Operating Officer for Extended Stay America. Prior to that, he served in multiple leadership roles at Crossroads Hospitality, the operations arm of Interstate Hotels & Resorts, including Executive Vice President of Operations and President, Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Regional Director of Sales, and Regional Director of Operations.
